ADVERTISING

We undertake the responsibility of publishing our client’s manpower requirement in regional and national newspaper on a regular basis and, we also upload our client’s requirement on job sites for specialized categories to focus throughout India.

TURN KEY RECRUITMENT

We can take care of recruitment individuals or whole team for your company right from scratch. This means you do not have to worry about anything. All you need is to give us your recruitment and we will take care of the rest. If you are not sure of specific requirements we can define that for you as well.

SCREENING AND SHORT LISTING

While some companies like to outsource recruitments, some prefer to do the final selection themselves. We are fine with that. What we do would be to source people for you, screen them and short-list the top candidates, making the final selection an easy task for you.

HR CONSULTANCY

New companies are not often sure of the staffing recruitments for their line of business; particularly with regard to the skill sets required and number of workers required. For such clients, Euro Asia can recommend suitable HR solutions and implement them as well.

PSYCHOMETRIC TESTING

If the client requires, we can conduct psychometric tests on the recruits to assess individual abilities, aptitude and personality.

TRADE TEST & SPECIALIZATION TEST

Our Technical Trade Tests conducted by qualified engineers in various specialized areas. We also undertake the responsibility to trade test, candidates reviewed and selected by our clients.

EMIGRATION

One set of Visa documents from the client’s along with the Passport is submitted to the consulate for Visa stamping only. Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants, India (POE) for Emigration clearance.

TRADE TEST & SPECIALIZATION TEST

The candidates are given orientation about the company, project site and its work culture, All the necessary documents and tickets are handed over to the selected candidates two days before their date of departure and their arrival details are informed to the client’s for airport pickup.
